This is another mystery Jamma PCB which I purchased out of curiosity. Upon receiving it and researching I found it is not a game PCB at all, rather it is an adaptor to install a Sega Dreamcast console into a JAMMA standard arcade cabinet. It's called an MGCD, for MultiGame CD system and was made by a company in Taiwan called Frolicker.

Early arcade machines way outperformed their home console 'ports' but by the time consoles such as the Sega Dreamcast and Sony Playstation 2 became available the gap had closed. Frolicker concieved their adaptor as an inexpensive way to run the latest games in an existing JAMMA cabinet.

As well as the Dreamcast, versions were eventually produced for other consoles such as the Playstation 2. I haven't tried this board out as yet - I don't currently have a Dreamcast console to use with it...
